Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month, while annual subscriptions renew yearly. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time through your account settings. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 14 days, contact our support team and we'll process a full refund. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can still cancel to prevent future charges.

We add new planner designs every month! Ultimate members get early access to new designs 2 weeks before they're available to other membership tiers. We also regularly update our seasonal planners for holidays, back-to-school, and other special occasions.
